Black Rock Mountain mp3

Posted by nathan on Jan 10, 2009 in Eckenrode |

was thinking about Black Mountain tonight while playing the didge. We saw this view while on our accidental trip to Cooktown. You know the trip where we missed teh turn off because my phone’s battery died because I was using the GPS navigation too much? Yes that trip. Anyways, I was thinking about that big pile of rocks while I was playing my Didge,I and it has turned into a little piece of music, I guess. So you should be able to play this without very much difficulty, I am assuming by clicking on the following link;

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

Well, I hope you enjoy!

Oh and by the way, if any of you out there wants to download and use this track in a remix or any thing, that is fine by me, under the following conditions:

  1. You attribute the source
  2. You let me know about it.
  3. I get to hear what you do with it.

EDIT: I changed the mp3 file to one that had better audio.

  • my didgeridoo is on the small side at about 110cm or just over a yard in
    length and plays a D# as its note. i'll probably be getting a longer one
    that has a different note, maybe a B or a B-flat in the future.

    Hey there,
    Reminiscent of songs in c minor....the rhythms were infectious and the color graphics delightful, sometimes even spectacular...like that of fireworks.
    Love to you all--Mom
  • i think that my didge has a tone of D#, so that would give you some of the C minor feel....i think that the graphics came from the software that you used to play the track.
